Steve Burns serves as a Senior Utility Estimator at Fischbach & Moore. He is responsible for developing and managing estimates for projects across the power and utility industries, supporting project planning, and delivering accurate, competitive pricing.
Steve has over 40 years of experience as a member of Local 103 IBEW. He spent 15 years in the field as an apprentice, journeyman, and foreman, and continues to draw on that experience in his role today. He also brings 25 years of experience as a project manager and estimator, providing a strong understanding of both field operations and project execution. He holds both a Journeyman and Master Electrician License.
His work philosophy is rooted in accuracy, collaboration, and practical decision-making.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as golfing, traveling, and visiting the beach.
