Shawn Greenwood has been an integral part of Fischbach & Moore since 1994, where he has steadily risen through the ranks to his current position as President. He leads the team and creates solid client relationships that drive the continued growth and success of the company.
These days, Shawn directs his attention towards fostering employee engagement and culture, along with oversight of company controls. A journey marked by progression and achievement, he entered the union as an apprentice, then moved from Journeyman to General Foreman and Labor Superintendent. Demonstrating an aptitude for leadership and management, Shawn made the move into the office and assumed the role of General Manager in 2005. With a dedication to learning and continuous improvement, he became President and Partner in 2020.
Shawn believes in putting people first, recognizing that the success and well-being of employees are paramount. He values a culture where employees thrive both personally and professionally, understanding that their success energizes the entire organization. With a focus on hard work and fun, he collaborates with employees to help them achieve their full potential.
Outside of work, Shawn enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, whether it’s hitting the golf course or relaxing on Cape Cod.
